Peaberry typically accounts for 2-5% of our harvest and carries flavor notes and smells that differ from a whole bean estate coffee. A truly unique and flavorful coffee.
TASTING NOTES: Strong fruity overtones, with subtle hints of caramel and fruit.
ROAST PROFILE: Brought to a medium roast, for a lighter bodied coffee that still carries strong flavors.
Note: Peaberry is only available as whole bean.
